Tuvimos un problema con la entrada. La persona que estaba en recepción, Simone, nos explicó de malas maneras que no permitían la aplicación oficial de identificación DNI de la policía alegando para ello tener un correo que aun no he visto.
Que un hotel o un empleado de un hotel se salte la normativa nacional no es de recibo y, de ser así, que avisen con antelación a la llegada para evitar sorpresas.

The room was very old, the bathroom was moldy. The reception service was very good. The hotel needs renovations, as it's not a 4-star chain.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and happy, the location of the hotel is right in the centre. I was meant to book a hotel in Valencia but this came up on the trip app as in Valencia. I’m so glad we got to experience castellio de plana. What a lovely, fun and welcoming town at Christmas time. The food culture was amazing. Thank you for an excellent trip and making feel so welcome.
